A member of the administrative staff of Agora Verkehrswende since 2021, Clara is primarily responsible for financial and human resource management.
Previously, Clara worked in the domains of HR and accounting for a prominent consulting company; she has also assisted smaller firms on a project basis, particularly in the areas of financial and personnel management.
Clara studied Gender Studies and Education Sciences at Humboldt University in Berlin. Her research on adult education examined the links between life-long learning, further education, and Germany’s segregative labour market. She also holds a professional qualification in human resources management.
