Marica Gehlfuss joined Agora Verkehrswende in June 2019. She initially supported the graphic design team as a student assistant. Since November 2020, she has been a media design and communications officer, and primarily coordinates the think tank's digital channels.
Before joining Agora Verkehrswende, Marica Gehlfuss worked as a digital media designer on a freelance basis. She completed her traineeship in media design at a mid-sized graphic design agency in Berlin. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in cultural and media studies from Humboldt University in Berlin.
